SET OF 2. The good news: highest level puncture protection, big weight savings over the the standard 1.75 width M+ tire, and the narrow profile looks slicker on trike front wheels when using a narrow/medium width rear tire. The bad news: these tires are murder to install and remove unless you are a highest level bicycle mechanic like Bent Barney. Granted, the puncture resistance of the tires saves you messing with them too much. You can get the right tire levers to manage these little beasts, like ol' Barn does, and you can know the right techniques. If you are familiar with these tires then you know what you are getting into, and you know this is a fabulous Bent Barney's deal.
